In the Air?

I saw this today:



I was excited to see new spring green leaves poking out of the buds on the tree...

...  in the sunshine, blue sky (with some clouds)...

...36-degree (2-degrees celsius) day!

Holy cold, Batman!  Spring is in the air?  Yeah, with icicles on top. 

Sheesh!  What's up with that?

    We have had signs of spring during most of this month but we have also had much warmer weather than you.
