It's That Time Again...

I tell ya... 2012 has been the Year of Scrapbooking!  I have had an event of some sort nearly every month of this year and I've had a blast.  Coming up soon is my annual retreat to A Crop for All Seasons

I've been spending this weekend getting prepped and I *think* I have a pretty good handle on things this time around.  I would really love to be super organized and productive as I have multiple projects on my plate.  Nearly everything I'm taking is for someone else so I'd love to get those projects done and make October's crop weekend all about me.  It's time.

Please... tell me what you've been doing to be crafty... creative... arty... etc...

I love to be inspired by YOU.

  1. Just finished a memory file project at the crop in Dallas this past weekend. I'm sure I'll be posting it soon!

  2. I just finished making booklets for my Bible study group explored a series of 10 scriptures about love. They were 8.5 x 5.5, with a sheet with scriptures and then 3 with lines for writing their thoughts. I did custom covers for each booklet and then bound them all using my Bind-it-all. It was an awesomely pretty project, easy to get done and so so appreciated by my girls when I presented them to each of them on our retreat.

  3. I'm mainly working on Learn Something New Every Day, but the papercrafts class I teach starts up again this week so I need to get working on ideas and samples for that... I also need to make a special 'thank you' gift for someone if I get a spare moment (big if!!)

    1. I start out every September with major intentions to complete LSNED, but by the time this retreat rolls around (every September) I get distracted and then miss even reading the prompts! One day... one day... :) Good to see you Mel!
